Main consideration when using basic meetings is that the performance depends on the actual number of meetings on the shared server. Basic meetings do not support screen sharing and the webcam quality is limited. Recording is not possible.
To avoid all those limitations please refer to Standard Meetings. Also consider creating a Private Server.
