How to Create a BigBlueButton Meeting

This tutorial will guide your through process of launching your first meeting.

1. Log in to the Dashboard

   

2. Select a meeting type (Basic Meetings - Demo) to create:

   

3. Click Next and enter the title for the meeting:

   

4. Check the price (it should be 0 for the Demo) and click Create button.
5. Few seconds later meeting monitoring page will appear:

   

6. Depending on the meeting type it will be available instantly (Basic Meetings and Private Server Meetings) or it will take time (up to 5 minutes) to be created (Standard Meetings)
7. To invite people use the invite link. Click the copy icon next to the invite link to copy it. Send it to people you want to join your meeting. They will see the Join page where they will need to enter a name:

   

8. To join meeting yourself open dashboard again and click the button Join as moderator. A new browser window will open with the Join page, click Submit and you get to the BigBlueButton interface:

   

9. People who join the meeting will appear in BigBlueButton interface and will also appear in the dashboard. You will be able to monitor their state:
