How it works?

Launch Servers

Launch one or more depending on your need. Our biggest server can host up to 10 groups of 30 participants. Servers are provisioned and billed on a weekly basis.

Join Meetings

Whenever Moodle will need a new meeting our service will automatically select the least loaded server from your servers and host the new meeting there

Archive Recordings

In case recording was enabled the finished meeting will be automatically processed for archiving and then stored in a cloud with triple replication.

Playback

Archived meetings will be available for playback for 2 years and will appear in Moodle. You don't have to keep servers running to store meetings.
